Caroline is a proud Idaho Native. She spent a large part of her childhood growing up in a small town located in South East Idaho. Some of her favorite childhood memories are the years she spent living on a ranch in Murphy, Idaho. Today, she lives in Emmett on 5 acres with her husband and son. They raise sheep, cows, horses, a few geese, ducks, chickens, dogs, and finally cats. Caroline's husband is a wildland firefighter. Her son is 15 and attends Wilder High School as a Freshman. Her daughter is 19 and attends college in Clarendon, TX. When she is not teaching she loves doing anything outdoors, her favorite place to be is in the mountains, where she can fish and go camping.
