We hope you're well. To enhance the support and resources for our students, we kindly ask for your assistance in completing the required attached Income Determination Form. This confidential information will help us better understand our student body's economic background and allocate resources effectively.
Rest assured, your personal information will be kept confidential and used solely for program eligibility purposes. Your prompt completion of the form by March 1st will contribute significantly to our efforts.
If you prefer to fill out a physical form, we will be sending some home with students this week. Please fill it out and return it to your student’s advisory teacher as soon as possible.
